Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

    We are looking for a candidate who is poised, polished, professional receptionist for local Furniture Manufacturer. Handle incoming calls on multi line phone. Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
  • • Take and relay messages.
  • • Provide information to callers.
  • • Greet persons entering organization.
  • • Direct persons to correct destination.
  • • Deal with queries from the public and customers.
  • • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • • Prepare correspondence and documents.
  • • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • • Schedule appointments
  • • Coordinate meetings and organize if needed
  • • Monitor and maintain office equipment.
  • • Tidy and maintain the reception & kitchen area.
  • • Projects as assigned


Education and Experience:

  • • High school diploma generally required
  • • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • • Must be able to communicate clearly, have good diction, a pleasant speaking voice, and be clearly understood over the telephone.
  • • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • • Knowledge of computers and relevant software application – Microsoft Office
  • • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • • Keyboard skills
