I am an industry buyer, how do I purchase product?

If you are an industry customer and would like to purchase Palecek product or open an account with Palecek, please call or email our customer service department. Customer Service: (800) 274-7730. Email: info@palecek.com 


What is Palecek's minimum order?
When ordering furniture, the minimum order is $3,000 retail to open an account and a reorder is $1200 retail.
When ordering accessories, the minimum opening order is $400 wholesale and $250 wholesale to reorder.

How do I order a Palecek catalog?
Palecek catalogs are only available to the trade. Members of the trade who wish to purchase a catalog must be prequalified. If you would like to request a catalog, please click here for a request form. A Palecek sales rep will then contact you for qualification.

How do I get a password for the Trade Only Palecek Website?
Passwords are only available to pre-qualified Trade Only Palecek Customers. Palecek Customers may request a password by completing an online request form, please click here for more information.

When will I receive my order?
Furniture usually ships within 8 weeks. The ship date of your furniture order will be on your original order acknowledgement. Accessories ship within 3 weeks on average. Can I use my own fabric on Palecek furniture cushions?
Yes. One of the 50 fabric options that we offer is Muslin Wrap. This fabric covers the cushion and acts as a shell that keeps the cushion's proper shape. By ordering your cushion in Muslin Wrap you can then cover it with the fabric of your choice.

Can I buy Palecek furniture in a color not offered?
We offer a wide range of finishes that are appropriate for each material used in the specific weaving style. Hence, the color options that are listed in the catalogs for each item are the only color options available.

Can I return a Palecek product?
Palecek accepts all returns with prior authorization from the Customer Service Department. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted for product which has been fabricated to a customer's specifications, prepared on a custom basis, or altered by a customer. Customer Service: (800) 274-7730. How do I care for wicker and rattan?
Wicker and rattan do not require much maintenance. Good quality wicker and rattan as Palecek uses is very strong. To prevent dirt and dust build up, dust woven rattan regularly with a feather duster and vacuum with a soft brush attachment. Palecek's furniture is weather resistant, not weather proof. We recommend bringing the wicker pieces in at night time and to avoid excessive exposure to the elements. If your rattan furniture becomes excessively wet, make sure it dries thoroughly.
